Down Payment (Residence)

Laundry service is priced at $1.50 per pound, with a 35 lb minimum for pickup orders.

A $50 deposit is required at the time of scheduling. Once your laundry is received and weighed, the remaining balance will be invoiced and sent via Square Invoice

Mileage & Delivery Fees:
- Under 5 miles: $9.99 minimum
- Over 5 miles: $1.50 per mile (round-trip)

Pickup & Delivery Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: Pickup & Delivery
- Friday: Delivery only

Turnaround Time:
- Estimated 24–48 hours

Pickup Instructions:
You will receive a text notification when it’s time to place your laundry outside.
Please ensure:

Laundry is placed on your front doorstep
Items are in laundry bags or plastic trash bags only (no baskets or hampers)

Detergent Option:
If you prefer us to use your personal detergent, please leave a note when booking under “Need to leave a note or instruction.”
A discount will be applied.

Products We Use:
We use hypoallergenic detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets to ensure your laundry is fresh and clean.
